About the Instructor

Michael Bush received an MS in management through the Sloan Program in the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is currently the founder and principal of the MattMar Group, consulting with small to medium size businesses. He previously was the president and CEO of Tetra Tech, Inc., the world’s largest wireless infrastructure project management company. Michael has been teaching innovative business classes, including this very course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, to entrepreneurs for over 10 years.  Michael serves on the board of Inner City Advisors and has consulted companies around the world to become profitable and successful.

Specifically targeting companies and entrepreneurs with the following profile:

• ~$300K–1 M in annual revenue, but ICA has the discretion to accept companies outside of this range;
• 3+ employees;
• Established companies (2-5 years old);
• Local, inner city based;
• Demonstrated growth path or scalable business model;
• Commitment to creating jobs in and employing from the inner city.
